This Swappa purchase of an iPhone 12 Pro Max is my happiest one yet after having bought all my phones (4 + 1 gift) via Swappa.
Everything the seller (Lily C) did was ideal: her description, her quickness on replies, making labels, and going to USPS, and her packing job. Also, the her price makes an excellent value.
Then, USPS was fast because we're in the same state. The phone came the next business day! The story of losing my iPhone 10 (64 GB) on Memorial Day and receiving a beautiful iPhone 12 Pro Max (512 GB!) on Wednesday is better than a silver lining. Call it a gold lining — same as this iPhone's color.
