The device is fine but I have waited a week to use it because I believed that he was sending a “Charger” to me, that he forgot to include with the iPad, as indicated in an email. What he meant to say is that he forgot to send a USB C Cable & there was no Charging Block. I have no need of yet another “Cable” but could have used the 20w Charging Block & would have purchased one, if I didn’t think he was sending it.
I am giving a negative rating because of his rudeness toward me in implying that it should have been obvious that a “Charging Cable” meant there was only a USB C Cord with nothing to actually Charge the iPad.
