The device is fine but I have waited a week to use it because I believed that he was sending a “Charger” to me, that he forgot to include with the iPad, as indicated in an email. What he meant to say is that he forgot to send a USB C Cable & there was no Charging Block. I have no need of yet another “Cable” but could have used the 20w Charging Block & would have purchased one, if I didn’t think he was sending it.
I am giving a negative rating because of his rudeness toward me in implying that it should have been obvious that a “Charging Cable” meant there was only a USB C Cord with nothing to actually Charge the iPad.

Changing my rating until this seller complies with Swappa policy. He has been told by Swappa that he is in violation of policy and to date has not complied.

Received the phone as the photo was. The exterior was the same however the speaker on the top side of the phone for calling seems to be broken as the sound volume is barely audible. However, need a phone, therefore, will just keep using and get it fixed later.
