Great seller, item as described

Phone showed up with out delay and other then a few minor scratches on the screen that can barely be seen. My daughter is happy so I would say the sale is a complete success.

I would give this transaction 5 Stars if not for the condition the package arrived in. Part of this is NOT the seller's fault. Blame USPS for their routine rough handling.

However, the seller did not package the phone in a manner that would minimize the chances of it becoming damaged. In fact the Samsung phone box came open and the phone was floating loose in the shipping box which arrived crushed and partially open.

I held my breath when opening the box expecting to find the worst. As it turns out, everything was there and pretty much intact. This could have easily turned out much worse though. I would suggest to the seller to seal the phone box and use more and better packing materials to avoid future problems.
