This was my first Swappa purchase and one that I will rate a 10 out of 10. My experience was great!! I purchased my Surface Pro on Sat evening and it was delivered on Mon. He took time to package everything with bubble wrap and with extra shredded paper for cushioning. There were no visible damages, all parts were included, and operated as they should. My seller was very communicative throughout the entire process. He was even available for additional questions and replied within the same day. I would without a doubt purchase from the seller again and through Swappa. Thanks to both businesses, I am happy with the service and the product!!!
