Overall, this is a great seller. They are quick to respond to messages, and they ship very efficiently and quickly. My only complaint (though not warranting a decrease of a 5 star rating) is that the listing showed the phone was in mint condition, when in actuality it had some flaws. The device works perfectly otherwise.

Device was promptly shipped. Was worried as it arrived in a USPS bag, but the device was well protected in its Otterbox case. Phone was in mint condition and all accessories provided. Would gladly purchase from again.

Item not in stated condition. When tried to compromise on a solution, seller did not respond until I appealed to PayPal to work out the differences. Very disappointed.

Bought phone during Thanksgiving holiday. Shipped following Monday. Good communication, packing and fast to ship. Slight problem with USPS taking 4 extra days to deliver. Mildly confused by receiving at&t phone in Verizon packaging. Overall very satisfied.
