Robert sold the Moto X as new which is clearly was not. The phone shows signs constant with use. When I asked him weather he was the original owner of the device he refused to answer the question (if you were the original owner/ buyer you would just answer the question). I would avoid buying from Robert. He has not been truthful or forthcoming and has not tried to make amends to the situation either. A new device would not be dirty. The white Verizon logo on the back was dirty (as though it had been used) and the ear piece had stuff on it (again, consistent with use). Also the protective film its self had many scratches on it which tells me that it was previously removed.

Overall a positive experience but the phone was not packaged very securely, just a single layer of small-cell bubble wrap, otherwise loose in the box along with the charger and cord. Even a little crumpled newspaper would have been appreciated.
