The item shipped the very same day and arrived two days later with everything it was supposed to have. The phone was just as shown in the pictures and activated without any issues. The only gripe I had was that the glass screen protector was not packed well and broke in the mail, but it was a only about $3 to order a replacement.

Device arrived as described, recorded myself opening it. It is activated and working. This was my first purchase that I have used on swappa. I’ve read some horror stories about devices being reported lost or stolen after they’re sold or activated so let’s hope that does not happen. Happy with the purchase at this point.

The box the phone came in was not sealed as advertised, the box had been opened. I could've bought one in mint condition and paid less, but opted for brand-new in sealed box. Live and learn. The phone seems to be unused.

Only one hiccup due to an honest mistake. The seller was unfamiliar with Swappa shipping policies and sent via priority mail instead of priority express even though express shipping was paid for (he only charged $1 for it, so I wasn't too concerned).
