Phone was listed as being in great condition but had a lot of scratches on the screen and dings/scratches on all of the corners. If the seller didn't sell it to me for so cheap I would have shipped it back. Already got rid of the phone!

Listed as "used for 2 days and pristine condition". The phone originally was shipped in the OEM box and a bubble mailer. When I questioned it I was told that it was not an issue since he has done that for the past several shipments. There was also a scratch on the screen and some faint scratches on the back. I requested to return the phone and he offered a discount - which we could not agree upon a price. The phone was returned and was promised a prompt refund. After 24 hours, well right at it, of showing returned and heard nothing. Contacted Swappa. Nothing. Contacted PayPal and finally got a response between them and Swappa. Promised a refund. Nothing. Waited another 24 hours. Nothing. Contacted Swappa. Nothing. Contacted PayPal and they FORCED a refund. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this individual. If your transaction is initially good you'll most likely be ok, maybe, but in the event you need help - NOTHING! Complete waste of time and money - out an additional $12.40 for return shipping
