Device works great, but the laptop came with a remarkable dent that was not depicted in the photos. Now there are small openings exposing the interior of the laptop. It was merely thrown into a box and not wrapped in any packaging--which would've prevented the damage during shipping. Seller could have spent a dollar or two on shipping materials to save the money spent on a new back cover for the buyer. The seller shifted blame towards the shipping company when approached about the issue. If I knew about the lack of care, I would've bought elsewhere. I looked at his feedback after the fact, and other buyers have had issues with products arriving damaged as well. Buy with caution.

The device is nearly flawless, great. My biggest issue is that I think a 5-year old shipped it. Zero packing materials and the tablet and accessories were simply thrown in a flat rate box. I also believe that the package wasn't insured, a $700ish device shipped with little packaging and no insurance is a real nightmare waiting to happen. However, the seller was very kind, and accommodating and I appreciate it. Would recommend, but certainly make sure they learned how to ship things properly when you purchase something from them.
