Seller never shipped the phone. 10 days went by and I asked for a update he promised to ship the next day then another 3 days went by and he still didn't ship it so I asked for a refund he agreed, apologized, and promised to ship the phone anyway. 20 days after the purchase and I finally received the refund but no phone. This was a gift for my son I didn't want to buy another one thinking I was going to receive this one but it delayed me a whole month because of the unprofessionalism of the seller and unkept promises. Complete waste of time. This seller is dishonest and untrustworthy.

Phone arrived exactly as described. Bought on Wednesday, arrived the following Tuesday (From Chicago to Austin). It took a few days and some prodding for the seller to upload the tracking info, so I didn't know the status of the phone shipment until the day before the phone arrived, which was a bit frustrating. Still giving 4 stars though since the phone is in good shape and was sent out fairly promptly.
