I was skeptical at first because I had not heard of the site. I based my purchase on the feedback from other buyers. Lakerzz, I would not only buy from you again but would recommend anyone else looking to buy to use you as well. The phone came as described and there were no issues with the screen. I took the phone to Verizon and it was switched over with no issues at all. I used the checklist from Swappa and everything passed with flying colors. Shipping was very fast and although I did't have to converse with lakerzz, I feel that any issues would have been taken care of. Highly recommend the site and seller!

This transaction did not work out. I had trouble getting the phone to work on my account. Sprint told me the phone was a clone of a Boost Mobile phone so they could not program it - even with a new SIM card, it kept showing a boost email address and a (305) phone number in the phone. I'm not a whiz with cell phones so I don't quite know what that means or how that happened.

However, the seller did everything possible to make it right, including contacting Sprint on my behalf. My purchase was refunded promptly.

Phone arrived in condition I was expecting and I WAS able to activate the device on my Sprint account without any issue. WOULD not hesitate to buy from lakerzz again.

My only recommendation would be on the packaging method as I work in the shipping industry. Fragile items (phones) should go in boxes not padded bags with adequate filler/packaging. As when they travel and boxes fall on top this would reduce the future risk of a USPS claim.

Minus one star due to lack of original charger. Woulda been a 5 if so. Shipping was fast and communication was good. I did have a problem regarding the charger but seller happily and promptly resolved the issue which made this a postivie experience overall. Phone was listed as mint condition and I did receive a beautiful, mint device. Will happily do business with again should opportunity arise.

The good news: the seller shipped my phone out the next day and the phone arrived from California to New York in less than 4 days. The phone was in good condition as stated. The Bad news: The rear camera lens is damaged, something not stated by the seller. It is unable to focus and every picture looks purple. Change settings to default then downloaded a different camera app and no luck.
