When buying the item the seller was prompt in shipping it as well as replying to messages. However when returning it the seller attempted to have me keep the item and resell it myself on swappa instead of accepting the item. Was refunded in the end so overall the transaction was neutral.

I love my phone so much and it came way sooner than expected! The reason for 4 stars is because the seller said in the description that there weren't any scratches on the phone and there are some tiny ones on the screen. Also did not mention that the battery dies at 40% so I will have to get that replaced. Other than that everything is great.
