Phone at first seemed fine until I found out it was never paid off & my service/data was shut off via Tmobile. I had to go to a store for them to look at it. I'm very disappointed. This was unprofessional.

The device got shipped on the same day and came as is described on the listing. Also it was packed very nicely.
