I bought the phone from the seller, and by the time I received the phone, things had changed on my side. I wanted to return the phone with unopened box. Sent multiple email to the seller and finally after couple of days got response back saying I really can't. This would be an example of highly poor customer service. Would not recommend the seller to anyone.

Great new iPhone6. Good seller. It took about a week or so to get the phone, so be prepared to wait a bit. It came UPS ground, which is slower.

I just got the phone on Tuesday and it was worth the wait, because its a new phone with the full Apple warranty. This was a great deal for a new unlocked phone

Update: The phone was not actually Unlocked. It was one of those flex-phones which gets locked to the first carrier it is used with. My phone is now locked to T-Mobile and I cannot use it abroad or with other carriers. Seller not cooperative or responsive.

Previous review: Shipping was reasonably fast and communication was effective. Box did not contain headphones but seller transferred back the money promptly.

It took 5 days to receive the phone but this may have had more to do with UPS. It is definitely not in mint condition as it has 3 very deep scratches on the back and scuffs/scratches along the sides of the phone. Otherwise, it does appear to function as expected.
