This rating/review is more about the seller than the phone. When I received the phone it was having some technical issues, so I contacted the seller about it. He offered his apologies and allowed me to keep the phone for an extra week for observation, which gave me time to make a decision to return the phone if the issue turned out to be a deal breaker. When I inevitably returned the phone, the seller promptly refunded my money. Even though the phone did not work out for me, I am very appreciative of the attentiveness and timely response from the seller.
