The device's condition was defined in the listing as "Good"; however, I found it to be closer to "Mint", in my assessment. The unit was shipped within one day of the sale, and was received in excellent condition, as it was very well protected with "bubble wrap", and shipped in a heavy corrogated cardboard box. 5 star rating to the seller.

As far as the shipment process went, I'm a little disappointed. I needed this phone ASAP as my current one starting giving me problems. Unfortunately, USPS neglects to update tracking information on time. After a three day gap of nothing I found out there was a delay. So I will try to avoid them in the future as I've never had this issue with UPS or FedEx.

That said, I can't really fault Tyler for the incompetence of USPS. As far as the device itself is concerned, I have to say I'm VERY impressed with what I got. The phone is indeed in excellent condition as described. It came with all the accessories. Meticulously packaged with bubble wrap for good measure. I really felt like I just bought a brand new phone.

If I ever need another device, I will definitely be doing business with Tyler again. If you're reading this review right now and thinking about who to buy from, you just found your guy.

Good evening. Awesome phone! Received on date expected which was yesterday. Everything was exactly as described in listing. Sorry for the late feedback as I was very ill yesterday and couldn't set up my phone until today. I would have given the fifth star had the screen not been filled with fingerprints and if the charger was not left outside of the iPhone box untied. Other than that, I still would highly recommend this seller. Thanks very much for selling me your device!

Prior to sale, seller answered all questions as needed and within an extremely reasonable time frame. This was an enormous factor in why I purchased the phone. Phone was shipped priority 2-day via USPS and delivered on time. Phone is in great condition, minus the two bezel cracks (which are a manufacturer malfunction, not the user), and the phone runs smoothly. 10/10 would buy another phone from this user.
