The phone was purchased under the assumption with seller feedback that it was on iOS version 10.2. However when I received it, it came with 10.2.1 Other than that one discrepancy, the phone was promptly shipped once payment went through and received in the condition that he posted. According to the Swappa guidelines for fair feedback, they say I should rate this sale as a 3 star. If this one discrepancy wasn't there, it would have been a perfect 5 star rating.

I had purchased a "10/10" condition iPhone 6s Plus. When I received it, the home button was very loose and wobbled when I barely touched it. This raised some concern for me, as I used to work for Apple and I am aware that if the home button isn't working, then you can't use your phone. I wrote the seller and asked him, very politely, if I could return the phone. I explained to him the problem and he told me that the phone is fine, the home button being loose was not a big deal, I should have asked him about the home button before I bought it and that he didn't accept returns. We had gone back and forth on this issue for quite a while and I told him I was going to just file a PayPal claim. So I filed the claim and after 2 hours, the seller decided to allow me to return it but I had to pay for the shipping because he was not going to. I felt comfortable buying from this seller because of his great feedback but now I wish I never did.
