Top speaker wasn't working when I received the device and the charger has to be put in a certain way or it wont charge when you move it. Its whatever. He did pay to fix the top speaker

The shipping is prompt and fast. The only negative thing with this phone in comparison to my previous Note 4 (I broke it) is it takes longer for the camera to focus. Everything else works as expected.
