This phone has given me a lot of problems ever since the first day I got it in the mail. It constantly is shutting off and dying when it is only on 20 or 30% or when I use certain apps. Now the charge percentage is stuck on the same number so I never know what percentage the phone is actually on. I got this phone because my other phone was acting up and it wasn't time for my update yet. This phone is just as bad as that one.

Shipped fast and was in the mail the same day as promised. However, the phone was described as only having "faint marks" that can't be felt with finger but when I received it, there was a deep scratch near the front camera and a couple of other deep scratches on the bottom left of the screen.
