The Surface Pro 3 I bought from Dave was officially listed as mint condition, but in the description it said it was brand new in box and had not been opened. In hindsight, I should have questioned this sooner.

When I received the device, there were visible signs of fingerprints and it was clear the charging cable had been used. When I turned it on, the OS was locked with a user account, so I could not get into the device. After talking to the seller, I did get the password and was able to wipe the device myself.

The device was indeed in mint condition, but I was upset that it was not new like the seller advertised.

If I could, I'd rate a 3.5 (more than neutral, less than good), so I feel I am being generous with the 4-stars. The seller was very responsive in replying to messages, and the device was shipped quickly. But I feel when selling a device as expensive as a Surface Pro 3, the description should be an accurate representation of the item.

The G Watch was in fantastic condition upon receiving, which arrived only two business days after I ordered it! Dave was incredibly helpful with a few questions I had regarding the service. I would definitely recommend him for any future purchases.
