Packaging left a bit to be desired. Box was packed inside UPS envelope without any additional bubble wrap or packaging. Item was a little bit more dinged up than description said. But for the price it was a fair trade off.

Received fast and in great condition.

Thanks for flawless sale. Item was as described. Pages was missing from the install but that was irrevelant. I migrated from a previous computer and all of the apps showed up.
