Sent me malfunctioning phones. Will not provide a receipt for proof of purchase. He touted the "factory warranty" with Kyocera, but that is only valid with a receipt/proof of purchase which the seller will NOT provide. Questionable seller who likely sells grey/black market phones with faulty problems. Now he does not reply to any further inquiry.

This device was received in good condition, but I had to work with Verizon to get it removed from the lost/stolen device table after the fact. Thankfully that all worked out and the device is still functioning properly to this day, but as a result I cannot mark this experience as positive.

Seller is an honest person and takes care of business. The phone I received battery seems to be a bit weak. Not sure if it's new or refurbished. Battery is fair at best. The power button works 75 percent of the time. I feel this is a refurbished unit. First one u got was on black list. Upset with the power button. Has not refunded or responded as promised.
