I received the phone in a timely manner but could not activate it. Verizon said it had been brought to another carrier. They eventually were able to bring the phone back to Verizon and were able to activate it. I also had to buy a sim card to activate the phone and an adaptor cable to charge it.

Was as advertised and we received it in good working order. Phone was shipped very quickly.

Fast shipping great transaction

Good transaction...personally would have preferred a little more communication (took a couple of days to ship, which is fine, though it would have been helpful to get an update from the seller). Having said that, device was exactly as described and the transaction went smoothly.
