Phone received with all included accessories. Packed well with tracking. I'd have liked to received better communication during the process. (Thanks for payment, item shipped, here's tracking info, or even I'll need a couple of days to ship, etc). Also, while the phone was listed as "fair," some of the scratches on the screen are deep enough to make casual swiping prohibitive, meaning that I may already be seeking another replacement.
