okay so the first day or two after purchasing the phone was fine, but it began to turn off randomly when it had a full battery and at this point the phone is completely useless unless its connected to a charger. I've tried to factory reset it and I've tried putting it in DFU mode and both did nothing. This phone is unreliable and useless and now i have to pay to get another battery and if that doesn't work than i wasted all my time and money on this phone.
