I can't in good conscious say this was a neutral or positive experience. After the seller shipped my phone, the package was tampered with or lost, and I ended up not getting the phone at all but something completely unrelated. I contacted the seller immediately when I received my package, and the seller did submit an insurance claim. After the seller submitted their claim I was met with silence for nearly two weeks and left in the dark, messages not responded to, no idea what was supposed to happen or if I was ever going to get my money back after not receiving my phone. I was refunded eventually, but the seller was very uncommunicative. If you buy from them and there are no issues I'm sure you might have a better experience, but I would be wary after the frustrating experience I went through.
