Instant payment and address confirmation to the seller. No communication from the seller. Swappa advised me to make a claim with Paypal (which I did). After 2 weeks I got my money back and finally seller responds and says "did not get notified".....Super crap experience. Swappa was helpful as usual but confidence in the platform has been rocked due to this seller.

Careful with this seller. After installing Catalina on the laptop I found that the device is firmware locked through Amazon.com, Inc's Apple Business Manager. The laptop I purchased is now useless as I am unable to install an operating system on it. Swappa has also refused to help on the situation. BEWARE OF THIS SELLER!
