The phone is nice other than being scratched up. Also my carrier says this phone cannot be activated because of issues with the last owner. I was later told about it being GSM unlocked. I'm sure it's a common mistake when you read "unlocked phone". Paid for a "Mint" phone, Not a scratched phone. ????

Everything came exactly as described. This seller was my first purchase on Swappa and definitely won't be my last. I bought a new AT&T LG V35. And as stated the phone came in a unsealed AT&T box with all the usual paperwork.

Phone received as listed. The phone is working fine. The only issue would be with shipping. The phone arrived in a flat rate priority mail envelope with no protection. The box was a bit damaged. Fortunately no issue with the phone. Would have like to received it in a flat rate box with protection. Overall decent experience. 4/5 for shipping.
