So the phone was listed as brand new/sealed but when I got it the box had been opened and the phone had been previously set up. The seller said he had no idea. To be fair the box did look like it was sealed because the sticker was cut very fine so you couldn't tell. Also the phone was in pristine/new condition. The seller was very nice and prompt with the return but I had to pay $20 for return shipping and insurance thus the negative feedback
