Package arrived a little beat up, but packing materials kept the item safe. The chromebook was in excellent condition. Only issue is that the charger was cracked around the USB C connector. Not a big deal to me, I have other chargers that I can use. Overall after playing with it for a few hours I am very satisfied, and would buy from the seller again in the future.

I could not recommend this dude enough. Everything was in immaculate condition and he threw in extras that he didn't even have to. Super punctual and kind. 5 stars all the way.

Seller listed as "no damage or repairs", yet later admitted the laptop had it's motherboard replaced! Furthermore the laptop arrived with scratches and oils over screen (pics here: https://imgur.com/a/dXepiSm), the listing never said it had scratches on screen. These scratches are visible on the screen even after wiping the screen with a microfiber and cleaning solution as instructed by the seller: https://imgur.com/a/MppVro7 - YET the seller still wants the buyer to pay return shipping?!
