Although the Disc One would not read, the seller was very responsive in our communication. He refunded after I sent the item back. The only part I was not impressed with was the fact that I was not reimbursed even half the cost of return shipping as I had requested even though it was a defective product. Overall Joel, you did well so thank you!

Quick and easy transaction.

After receiving the device I noticed that the screen quality seem low so inspected the device and noticed that the screen had been replaced, was not original screen and even one of the screws was loose, this affects the 3D Touch is extremely sensitive even after adjusting settings and colors are pale, overall the device is working good he even send a case but would of liked if he had specified that the screen had been replaced.

Phone's physical condition was as described, however the iPhone was locked. Seller did accept return but I lost $10 shipping a locked phone back. Good communication but there seemed to be a lack of motivation in getting my money refunded. I did eventually get my refund, but I had to do all the leg work and call PayPal a few times which took 4 days after the seller had already received the phone back.

The seller deserves credit for trying to unlock the phone for me, and when that failed; he promptly accepted a return.
