There was also some slight burn-in on the screen that I didn't notice on the original listing, although it is present now that I've gone back and looked. Would have been nice to have it brought to my attention.

Also, the phone was posted with two different images of the back, and it only came with the one that was slightly damaged, so had to buy a new one.

Otherwise phone was as expected and was shipped promptly.

Although the device would not connect to T-Mobile's network, Warren got the phone to me very quickly, accepted my refund request, and got my money back to me as soon as he got the phone back. I'd buy again from him, and discount the issue to being a random dud phone.
