Bought late on a Saturday, so company didn't ship till Monday received it on Wednesday, not a complaint though, who is really open on Sunday anymore? Device works great, all functions work, device is in near mint condition (slight scratches on screen, but hardly even noticeable) no problems getting device activated, Benchmarked the Moto Droid Turbo 2 vs the Note 7 and the Note 7 barely even beat this device, so it's still super powerful, I suggest anyone looking to get this phone to definitely get it as it's worth it.

Received the phone on time. Phone is in almost pristine conditions, better than what I expected based on the description. Packaging could be improved especially when the AC adapter is included. Consider larger box so that adapter does not directly push against the phone when the box gets squeezed from the outside during transportation.

I received the phone in great condition and in a timely manner, but the charging cable to the phone would not work right out of the box. The USB end is actually bent and the case around it is cracked. I made it clear that the cable wasn't working and the seller told me that they will *try* to get a replacement out to me ASAP. After almost three weeks after the original sale and 2 weeks after the seller saying they will send one out to me, I still haven't received replacement cable, which has made me go out of my way to share a cord that I luckily had in the house until I got my own.

I ordered this phone on Monday morning (PST) and it arrived Thursday morning, so pretty quick! I set up the phone with AT&T successfully and so far everything is in working order - headphone jack, buttons, screen functions great, etc. The phone's condition was exactly as described, or even a bit better than anticipated for B+ condition (very close to mint).
