Device was in excellent physical condition. However it was not on Sprint (it was on a Sprint partner) that required extra steps and time to transfer and even then the device still wouldn't activate. When I asked for a refund, seller accused me of trying to "rip him off" and then did not respond to me, Swappa or PayPal.
