1st Swappa purchase and I was fortunate to get a prima seller. Packaged beautifully …. obvious that she cares. Disclosed a flaw …. a scratch on the Apple logo …. have to look close to see it. Shipped immediately, arrived a day earlier than tracking projected. Phenomenal seller. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy anything she offers.

Ok transaction with a few issues. The laptop was in near-mint condition as stated but there were some discrepancies that are noted below. Seller is overall friendly but not very accomadating and I wouldn't take everything he says at face value. The issues I had are below:

The charger arrived damaged (cracked almost in half) and seller would not replace. Screen laminate was peeling in the black bezel area but a repair was covered by AppleCare so I got the screen replaced for free. Seller also said he would ship me the original box at a later date but then told me he couldn't locate it when I followed up.

Nice and communicative guy but maybe not 100% trustworthy and if buying from him I would advise being cautious.

Seller Shipped quickly and safely and device was in condition as described.

Laptop had a defective screen with a large blueish shape covering around 25% of the screen. In this 25% the screen could not show white, only light blue. I showed the discoloration at an Apple store and Apple store staff said absolutely out of spec and covered by warranty if there's no water damage.
Shipped back to seller. Seller claimed to send the money back, but no refund ever showed on paypal. I had to open a paypal claim to get a refund. Seller messaged me that if I closed the claim on paypal, the refund would come through. In reality, if a buyer closes a dispute claim on paypal, the buyer forever gives up the refund.
Over several calls to paypal, paypal staff told me that seller was not responding to paypal's requests to confirm that seller had received the item back. It took weeks after seller received the item back to receive a refund. Seller required that I pay return shipping and did not reimburse the cost of return shipping even though the item was not as described.
