The phone arrived damaged both cosmetically and functionally.

This was clearly long-term damage and not from shipping.

There are small scratches all over the sides and top & bottom of the phone.

The screen is cracked on the bottom right corner, underneath the screen protector and wrapping over the corner to unprotected glass. The top right corner of the phone has a round divot of metal missing from the frame.

The left side of the phone clearly shows there is internal damage or has already been taken apart. The case is splitting apart on this side and the gap gets bigger by the volume and power buttons. I suspect this is being caused by a swollen, damaged battery because the phone will not wireless charge.
