Poor ethics and deception from seller. After the transaction was completed on November 10,2024 the seller failed to provide shipping information. When contacted to verify the problem he claimed he was not able to ship within the two business days as per Swappa guidelines and offered to ship between 15.11.2024 to the 17.11. 2024. which is unacceptable. Then when I asked for a refund the seller obliged but also indicated that he got offers for local meet up which indicated he was trying to evade paying for shipping. This communication took place after Swappa staff intervention advised him to refund me. I took a chance with this seller because he had a 5 star rating but it turned out to be a bad decision.

Encountered some delivery drama with USPS but the seller was willing to help.

The phone was as described near mint condition. All items received as described. Robert included additional accessories that were not in the terms of sales which is exemplary of great salesmanship and customer service. Robert was very responsive after the sale and communicated timely. Great seller to deal with for first purchase on Swappa.

Item was not in mint condition, it was in very good condition but a couple scratches on the devices clearly visible and controller has slightly loose panels. Overall in good condition, just not listed completely accurately on the sellers page.
