Positive: Seller shipped out the phone very quickly (same day) and even called me as he was doing so.

Negative: Device was listed as "great shape. No scratches or dings" but had multiple dents in the plastic, a crack by the IR blaster, and moderate scratching on the screen. When I noted the discrepancy, the seller's unapologetic response was "Pay my postage cost and send it back if you don't want it. I have a buyer here."
