Mixed experience on a two-week failed purchase. Unfortunately, there was no communication from the seller for a week following purchase and it took going to PayPal's "report a problem" before receiving a response. However, once it was established that the product was not delivered, refund was promptly issued. Luckily the purchase was a discretionary one and not one like replacing a phone or something of the sort. Thank you!

Communicative seller. Fast shipping. Wrong watch band was sent. It was too small for the size of the watch. The watchband was also not the authentic Apple branded watch band that came with the watch originally. Was given a $15 refund to get a new watchband. Charger was also not included. I was given eight dollars to buy a new charger.
