The phone arrived in stated new condition. It was shrinkwrapped in the box. However I had issues with the phone early on, brought them to the sellers attention and they did nothing about it...now the battery is dying and I am going to have to get a new phone. Sad after just 4 months.

Everything is in the package and in mint condition as marked. Received the device very quickly. Hope to do business with this seller again! Thank you so much!

I received the phone a few days after ordering. It appears as described in the ad to be a New unlocked phone (Resale) and in new condition. I was able to the activate the phone and its working great after one day.

Transaction itself was smooth. Shipping was prompt. Device purchased however had a screen defect after 2 weeks of usage. Setting it up was fine. It worked fine intially, but it started having problems with the screen. Reached out for help from the seller and they have suggested a few solutions but none worked. The device was a "new resale" and since the defect only started showing after 2 weeks, I assumed the seller wasnt aware of the it either.

I purchased a phone (HTC M9+) from this seller that was advertised as new and unlocked.The touch screen began to fail within a week of receiving the phone. The seller has refused to provide a refund, despite numerous requests. The seller has now become rude. According to Swappa guidelines, this merits a 2 star rating.

While the phone came in perfect condition, the phone was advertised as working with all GSM networks. While this is true, it should've been noted that this is the international model of the phone which means only HSPA+ works but will not get LTE.

Great phone just as described... brand new in the box. Fast shipping too - ordered Tuesday evening, shipped Wednesday morning, got it the following Monday. A+ seller, I will definitely buy from again. Thanks Queen C and Swappa!

Shipped extremely fast, got here when it says it would, phone looks to be just fine and as advertised. Just have to wait a few days to be able to transfer it from my old phone and get it activated. Will update my comment when that happens.
