Thank you very much...I'm happy with my PS4 works well no problems. I won't be so bored anymore while in quarantine. Shipping wasn't as fast but due to covid I understand so not a problem. However packaging could have been a bit better, better securing the product in shipping box. Overall I'm happy and product was as described. Thanks again.

Console overall works as advertised. Main console was not in packaging. Technically not new condition based on criteria here. Shipped in original box, which I would say is risky given high likelihood of package theft. Otherwise good communication, prompt shipping, and product works well.
