The item finally arrived after a short ordeal with USPS, but Jon was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the entire process, always maintaining good and prompt communication with me. As for the product, it arrived really well packaged and in excellent, dare I say, near mint condition. You could really tell that he loved using his gadgets and really took care of them.
