The phone arrived in good condition, everything worked. Reason for the 4 stars is that seller did not provide shipping details, but phone arrived in reasonable time frame.

Not a good experience for my first attempt of a purchase.
The buyer backed out of the sale because the phone had a battery problem.
I paid with credit card -- the seller then initiated a refund by Paypal echeck which will take a week to process. I don't use Paypal.

I didn't get any notification when the phone was shipped, but regardless, it arrived in a timely fashion and is working fine.

Quick shipping, no cracks or signs of use.
