The shipping choice, on the other hand was a disaster. Seller chose USPS and it took 2 weeks to show up from a location 9 hours away by car. I was pretty upset as my phone was broken. My own opinion would have been to use FedEx or UPS as USPS was going through staffing issues and they even had noted that deliveries would not be on time even for Priority and Express. The choice to use USPS was the seller's and I didn't receive any follow up after a tracking number was assigned.

While the seller cannot control the package once it leaves their possession, they can choose which shipping service to use and they do have different risks and delivery ratings. Really wanted to give this a positive review. Love the phone and has been working flawlessly.

Device is just as described and was shipped quickly. USPS tried to sabotage your air pack efforts--when I opened the box the contents of the phone box were everywhere but no harm done. I recommend newspaper for safe and secure travel. :-)
