Unlike past Swappa transactions (items shipped 2-day USPS), this phone arrived 7 business days after purchase. All items received in good condition. Seller was patient while I took a few days to go thru the Swappa checklist to check phone's functionality before finalizing sale.

Overall good Swappa seller.
Phone was in almost mint condition, though there was one small chip that was missed in the description (admittedly very minor).

Phone had a weird smell that was gone after two days (with lots of airing it out, using compressed air). Case had the smell too (much much stronger) and it was impossible to remove the smell with washing, baking soda, vinegar or anything else - I will probably just throw it away.

Shipping was UPS Ground - took 10 days from purchase to receiving it (east coast to west coast).
