Watch was in perfect condition, and frank clearly took good care of it. There was a small issue* and he responded quickly.

*The issue was an unrelated Garmin software issue.

Watch is excellent. It reports a lower number for exercise for a given walk than the other 3 watches we have in the family so we are checking into that but I think it's a somewhat common issue and I don't think it's a defect with the watch. Over-all, the watch is in perfect condition and the Apple box and packaging were super nice as well. Thank you and sorry for the delay on writing. Have been trying to figure out why it counts low on exercise so have been holding off.
