I love the new phone. It's wear is so barely perceptible it took me a while to notice any sign of it at all. The top speaker crackles some when at full volume, which is disappointing because the pixel2xl was lauded for its speakers and I don't think this was mentioned in the post, but it's really no big deal. Definitely satisfied. Thanks!

The phone was as described, works flawlessly. The 1 exception is the Samsung Stylus was jammed into its holder, and was VERY difficult to remove. Got a replacement on Amazon ~$10.

I am bothered how long it took to Receive phone.. I bought phone on Wednesday, heard nothing by Friday. I contacted Swappa, and the seller was made aware of the sale. It was a new listing, the seller should have been prepared for same day sale. The seller was unable to ship until Monday. The seller lives on the opposite coast, but chose UPS ground, so shipping took a solid week (meaning the following Monday). Already 5 days after the sale, this added 7 more days. I would have hoped that Seller would have picked a faster method (say 3 day shipping) to make up for being shipped late.

I needed this phone fast. I was unaware that Swappa no longer requires sellers to use a 2 day shipping method. 12 day delivery was too much.
