The condition of the product is good, and delivery was also very fast. But I was disappointed that sports band was not included. I think there should be a clear explanation for the lack of original accessories at the description.

The phone arrived in new condition, as was advertised. However on first start-up, the phone didn't run setup and went straight to home screen, suggesting prior use. I'm still happy with the purchase and love the phone.

Before the purchase, I asked the seller if the phone had any dings or scratches since the picture posted was unclear and he listed it as mint condition. Seller said there are no scratches or dings on the phone. When I received the phone, there were scratches and dings! Seller did send me the refund shipping label quickly. However, instead of refunding my money to my credit card, he sent the refund to paypal cash advance!!! Why would you do that? It's been six working days and I have yet to receive the refund amount into my credit card. Horrible experience!!!
