While not completely the sellers fault I did not receive the item that I purchased through Swappa. I received an empty package from USPS and when I contacted the seller they were unwilling to process a refund so I had to deal directly with PayPal to receive my refund. I would not recommend purchasing from this seller due to poor packaging and unwillingness to try and correct the problem when I did not receive the item.
